60-Day Service Satisfaction Guarantee (Credit Repair Services Only)
At The Credit Goat, we are committed to delivering structured, compliant credit repair services.
We offer a 60-Day Service Satisfaction Guarantee for clients who fully complete onboarding and actively participate in the process.
To Qualify for the 60-Day Guarantee:
• All onboarding steps must be completed within 48 hours of purchase
• Service agreement must be signed
• Valid ID and proof of address must be uploaded
• Credit monitoring (Credit Dyno) must remain active
• Client must comply with all program requirements
• No chargebacks or payment disputes may be initiated
The 60-day period begins on the date onboarding is fully completed — not the purchase date.
If, after 60 days of active service, a client is genuinely dissatisfied with the service experience, a written refund request may be submitted to support for review.
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to account compliance verification.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Credit repair is a legal dispute process. We do not guarantee:
• Specific credit score increases
• Deletions of particular accounts
• Loan approvals
• Timeline-based outcomes
Credit score fluctuations during dispute cycles are normal and do not qualify as valid grounds for refund.
Refund eligibility is based on service participation and compliance — not credit bureau decisions.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel future recurring payments by submitting written notice before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
Fees already processed for services rendered or initiated are non-refundable outside of the 60-Day Satisfaction Review terms.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support voids the 60-Day Service Satisfaction Guarantee.
Because all clients electronically sign and acknowledge our service agreement prior to purchase, we reserve the right to submit:
• Signed agreements
• Portal login records
• Communication logs
• Proof of dispute submissions
If a chargeback is filed after work has begun:
• The account will be permanently closed
• Active disputes will be halted
• The client will forfeit eligibility for future services
Digital Products & Community Access
All digital products, downloads, templates, and community memberships are final sale.
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, these purchases are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
This includes:
• Membership communities
• E-books
• Templates
• Digital toolkits
• Online resources
