We offer a 60-Day Service Satisfaction Guarantee for clients who have fully completed onboarding and actively participated in the credit repair process.
To Qualify for the 60-Day Guarantee, the Following Must Be True:
• All onboarding steps were completed within 48 hours of purchase
• Valid ID and proof of address were submitted
• Credit monitoring (Credit Dyno) remained active
• The service agreement was signed
• Client complied with all requests and communication
• No chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated
If, after 60 days of active service, you are genuinely dissatisfied with your experience, you may submit a written refund request to support.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to support before initiating any bank dispute.
How long does the credit repair process take?

What do I need to get started?
All clients must complete the full onboarding process, sign the service agreement, upload required documents, and maintainactive credit monitoringthrough the approved provider. Without all steps completed, no work can begin.
Do I need credit monitoring?
Yes.Credit monitoring is mandatoryfor every client. It allows us to track updates, pull accurate data, and monitor changes from all three bureaus. If your monitoring is turned off, paused, or canceled, your services will be delayed until it is active again.
Can you guarantee results or deletions?
No credit repair company can legally guarantee specific deletions or outcomes. What we CAN guarantee is that we use FCRA-backed dispute methods, aggressive strategies, and compliant processes to push for maximum improvements.
